Pubic hair in the sheets, used tiisues tucked in tight, and flies o'plenty. Truly has been a magical experience. Will update after conversation with management.
Not the best experience we've had. First, our room had a toilet that didn't flush. No maintenance person available (Saturday afternoon), so we had to pack up our belongings and move to another room. The view was grass and a cemetery! There were quite a few flies in our room. We finally had to call for bug spray. The TV in our room was so dark, we could barely see the picture on the screen. Being a 5' tall woman, the vessel sink came up to my chest. Even my 5' 11" husband had difficulty using the sink. One of the front desk clerks never spoke to us when we left or entered the hotel. The desk clerk that was deaf even greeted us!!! Everyone else there was very nice. My husband is an IHG rewards member and has been for many years. There is a Hampton Inn next door and a Comfort Inn across the street. Maybe we need to try one of them next visit.
We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean. Also they have a great variety breakfast. Very friendly staff. Honest hotel! I forgot my overnight bag & the staff turned it in. THANK YOU!! I called and they saved it for me & returned it by mail. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The check in was wonderful, the staff was excellent. The installations are renewed and comfortable. The rooms have been remodeled with excellent bed. My only complains are thin walls, adjoining room doors than have handles only on one side and can lock and the bathroom had no edge which caused the water to spill out unto the rest of the room, very inconvenient. But this is a hotel I would return to and the pictures are correct.
The staff was very nice, the room was just what we needed. The hot breakfast included was a nice bonus. We'd stay here again.
