One time, I had to ride in an unmarked cab with a broken door handle after the original cabs driveshaft snapped, trapping us in busy traffic in the middle of downtown.
The drivers don't know how to drive safely. It felt like they were going to get into an accident several times during the trip. They are constantly late. Don't count on them to bring you to work on time, or even show up.
Worst cab company ever. The cars are junk. Many of them smell bad and have broken, unusable seatbelts, and they break down a lot.
Driver was here to pick me up within minutes of me calling. Very friendly, we had a good conversation the whole ride.
Where's Lyft or Uber when you need them?
Over an hour wait for a cab each and every time. I AM disabled and have severe migraines and mental illness the toll it takes to stress about whether or not I can make it to my appointment is ridiculous I have even called way ahead of time for a time call and they still have told me over and hour and that's the best they can do they don't answer the phone half the time as well. I wish that I knew where to report this company to because here in Jamestown we still DO NOT have uber and somethings got to give.
I’ve been waiting for a cab for literally 2 hours and every time I call they say the same thing, “There’s a few callers ahead of you, they should be there soon”. Two and a half hours later and no damn cab, shaking my head. How are they still in business? Someone needs to open another cab company!
The arrival times are ridiculous too. They say they'll arrive in 30 minutes or so, but in reality, they can take up to an hour or even longer.
