They're an absolute joke. All they're trying to do is push you out of the front door and bill your insurance company. I'm not sure where they get off calling themselves 'Family Health Medical Services' when the entire basis of my girlfriend's appointment was based around planning a family. No follow up blood work, no recommendations, no.... anything. Just made sure she still had a pulse after scheduling her appointment a month-out. So like Stacey said; 'They don't care. They [treat] you like cattle.'
I was told they would make appointment and send reports to my surgeon. Nope. Don't take them at their word follow up yourself. Thought I made a good choice, rethinking now.
Rude staff and imcompentent billing department. The nurses are friendly, but the physicans assistant I seen was not.
