I have never had an experience with this dept., however, I have had interactions with the new Director, MS. Luka Conley. It highly unfortunate that this individual is unable to have had taken her responsibilities of Professional Misconduct while the director of The Resource Center. As it is now fact that the Conduct of that facility is under full investigation by NYS Office of Professions. Ms. Luka, ducked out knowing the Tragic workings within that office. She is not suitable for the set she now holds. It is well known that she is very good at avoiding situations within her control to be dealt with as a Professional LCSW. Also, it is in very poor taste for her to be using Facebook, as a tool of combativeness . It sickens me to see her posted with a former employee you killed himself and was made aware that there was something wrong, going on with him. This is apparently not a elected position, it is handed position. Ms. Conley. You dodged me and there should be some accountability. Yet I well know you will dodge many more inappropriate inactions to dodge further incidents now that you sit in the High Chair. When I met you in person you were very clear that you were in the sitting chair and when asked questions avoid dodge ...Sad indeed. . Why did you leave TRC you were making 6figures according to what I have read . To Much It was your master Plan to do what is current on 800 you allowed laws of privacy to be broken . When asked about the sign discriminating services you avoided. Thus a client took it off the door as it was there for several months after the question and it brief of confidence. Then it became an issue and a client was call trouble. If it was trouble it was due to your ignorance of law and confidentially and you being a LCSW should well be aware of this. My Only hope is that your policies change or just do what you have always done since now you sit in the High Chair..Mame . It must feel good to sit in such a chair write such things on facebook that are so degritiory . Indeed a breath of fresh air sits on or in the High Chair. You were made aware you chose not to Hear or Listen ..perhaps it was because it came from a "consumer" or whatever it is prudent these days to call those with difficulties other than crazy...It is unclear why this county has no real advocates that are not somehow connected to The Resource Center. Everything is connected and when there is serious problems those individuals called advocates are filtered by who is paying what and were. As for the MHA...sad indeed...Rick has been there for so long and he is done some good yet he is also a political patsey as all there are under such control since they understand were the funding comes from. Shame on this very sick system of control and now the Main Person, Luka Sits in the High Chair...duck or dodge responsibilities you have never shown any real care for those with disabilities. Just dodge them and rid them. As for Dan S. it is truly sickening to my stomach that you are able to post a picture of him on your F.B page is it guilt or what . Sure you miss him but you missed the signs of his ultimate deed. Wow ..Sad state of affairs indeed. I am so grateful I no longer need any further "wounding help" from such ignorance . Prayers for those under care are able to see what they need and if they are allowed remove themselves from very toxic people calling themselves "educated professionals" holding degrees holding on to the High Chair of this County.
