Having never bought a new car before, the staff went out of their way to make me feel so comfortable. I felt like I was getting the white glove treatment - not kid glove treatment. Which is really helpful when you are making such a big decision! That level of customer service extends into their service department too, and I'm happy to continue to get my oil changes and inspections with Shults - and all-around great place!
