This place has the worst customer service ever. Two out of three pets I have gotten there have been awesome. Sadly, the starfish I got there died a day after I brought it home. If your going to sell saltwater fish at least have someone that has a little interest in them and is willing to offer information on the care of them. The girl there that day looked at me with this blank stare and acted weird that I was asking questions about the starfish. She was weird and in return made me uncomfortable. I don't mean to be rude but maybe they should drug test. Salt water creatures are not cheap therefore they should have someone helpful there to help you. At least nice and approachable . Word to the wise if you think people are annoying than save us both the suffering and don't work a job where you have to work customer service.
I was real disappointed I went there for years and got fish and tank stuff. Stopped in to look at 75 gallon tanks and stand and stuff to get it up and running. One girl asked if she could help but wasn't any help went into the main room to see if the other person could help and they never even said hi. They lost a large sale. Makes me wonder how long they can stay in business.
When you buy from Petsmart there animals are unhealthy. I bought a mouse there and he died and my guinea pig is always sick the vet said he had bad genetics. But when you buy from Clearwater Aquarium and Pet Supply you get healthy animals. I have never had a problem with Clearwater animals. I will only buy from Clearwater. I'm one happy customer. They have anything and everything I need. The employees are so nice and helpful even though I went to school for several different things I don't need much help. Great place.
Outstanding business who's employees have integrity and Honesty ! Left my Change there and they promptly held it for me. Also the only place with bulk food my rabbit will eat. It was his home.
One of the best pet stores I have ever been to! The staff was very willing to answer our questions, and were very nice! Very large variety of both Fresh and Salt water fish. Also had a large number of tanks for sale, which I rarely seen in pet stores. Amazing place!
