Lack of service. Extremely slow. We walked in with my one year old son. Had to ask for a highchair and get it ourselves. Sat in the booth 15 minutes. Had a server walk by 10 times and not acknowledge us. We never got offered a drink. Got up and walked out
Always on hold for 10 minutes or longer and then mess up your order
I love Pizza Hut! And the restaurant is kept up really nicely!
