THE BEST NAIL TECH IN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY IS TOM!!!! He's the older gentlemen and he is a PERFECTIONIST! He pays attention to your needs and he is EXTREMELY CAREFUL! He doesn't miss a step! Knows how to handle his nail tools and he is FRIENDLY! He helps you position your hands so that the nail polish doesn't get on your skin! I've been getting my nails done for over 10 YEARS and HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN TOWN! AND THEIR PRICES BEAT ALL THE SALONS IN THE CITY! I'AM SO HAPPY!!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. This is THE WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I usually don't care enough to even leave a review do to a businesses poor service, but this place was an absolute shit show I felt people should know . Upon arrival I waited there for 20-25 minutes to be seen even tho I made an appointment and was the only person in the salon. It didnt take long for me to realize how dirty and disorganized the shop was which should have been my que to leave... now i wish i would have. Finally a man directed me to a seat where he then began checking his phone and texting and got up abd started fidling with other things without saying a word. I patiently waited for his return. During the process of my fill he stopped 8 to 9 times (not even exaggerating) to take calls and text people on his personal cell phone. At one point a realized he had filed one of the nail incorrectly and it was slanted. When i tried pointing this out to him he gave me a very ugly look and roughly began filing it again... it was still slanted but i didnt dare say anything else. By the end of my visit I had realized I had been there for almost two hours on a basic fill. I thought the nightmare was over, but I was wrong. The next day as i was grabbing groceries out of my trunk my nail snagged on a bag and broke right off! I called the shop and spoke to a lady and explained what happened and she told me to come in and they would take care of it so once again i made appointment. When I went in I was sitting there for about 40minutes so i finally spoke up and asked what was taking so long, the same man asked what it was I wanted and I proceeded to tell him my nail broke and I was just seen by him the day before and he pretended not to remember me! Outraged I stormed out of the shop and paid for it to be repaired at another salon. Like i said WORST salon i have ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE, I repeat DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!
My experience was amazing. Ngan (hopefully I'm spelling correctly) was a TRUE artist. My friend went to the guy (dont know his name) But he ruined her nails. But Ngan is an artist and I love my nails!!!
My sister in law was in town to visit and we didn't have an appointment we just walked. It took looker then probably normal with a appointment, i fairly think they did pretty good and the time was good without an appointment.
They don't take appts. correctly. They need a front of the house person who speaks English well. Service was good for the price.
