Bought a $1,400 Serta mattress and after just 6 months it started to have a hump in the middle and sags on each side. Paid the extra $100 for their protection plan which is absolutely useless. They sent a tech out to look at it (which I had to take the day off from work for) but they claim nothing is wrong with it! This is supposed to be normal!! Its been a year and its getting worse every day. Left messages for someone named Adam but he won't call me back. What a waste - if I wanted a Serta with this kind of warranty response I would have just gone to Sam's club. If they resolve this I will update my post to be more positive, if not I will update to be more negative - hope this gets their attention at least!

As a rule I don't leave negative comments, but in this case I see no other choice. We spent more than $13,000 buying furniture for our new to us home from the Lakewood NY location because I really liked Joe & the furniture seemed nice. All was good till they delivered my hutch for the kitchen breakfast nook area. We were very clear that the hard wood floors were just refinished, and the kitchen & breakfast nook area were just installed brand new juat days ago. The delivery people placed the hutch on an old furniture pad, instead of carrying it, and dragged the cabinet across the hardwood floor in the formal dining room and across the kitchen & breakfast nook floor damaging it. I called immediately to speak with Joe, although he stated later when we tried to reach him again that he called, we never received it. He had the delivery manager call us, and after that conversation & reviewing the damage in the photos we sent him, drove from Buffalo to see the floor. He agreed that the floor was damaged & promised to take care of it "even if they had to replace it". Over a month went by with no word from him, we emailed to check on the status with no response, so we called the customer service line listed on the website. They had someone from Buffalo call saying the shipping & delivery manager who came to our house had been on vacation & would be back the following Monday, but he has never returned a call or email. Two weeks ago, I called the corporate office requestion to speak to the CEO knowing I would not be given the opportunity, and was assured by the person who answered the call that if the risk management department could not correct the situation I was to call back & she would pass me thru to the CEO, and then transferred me to Human Resources instead of Risk Management. To her credit, the HR representative did return my call, but said since she was in a different building, she could not transfer me. Next day, back on the phone only to find out the representative I spoke to was also now conveniently on vacation, and was told I would be transferred to her supervisor for assistance. I left a message with that person, but of course that person has also not returned the call. I never expected such poor & unprofessional treatment from Raymour & Flanigan!

We purchased a very expensive Stearns and Foster mattress ($2300.00) a few years ago. The big selling point was the quality and the 25 year warranty. After just 3 years the mattress developed a big dip in it (neither my wife nor I are overweight by any means). I called in a warranty claim and RF sent out a person to evaluate it. I was told to have all the bedding off before he got there. The person that came was a young man, no more than 22. He wasn't here long. Short after, I received a call from RF, they said the warranty was void because there was not a mattress pad on the mattress when he came out (even though they told me to remove everything, and it was lying next to the bed). I contested the decision up their chain of command and the treatment I received just got worse. When I called Stearns and Foster (the manufacturer) they told me they had to go off the decision of the store. I strongly advise everyone to use caution when doing business with this company. I was warned and I wishbi would've heeded that advice.
