I called the folks at Girton's with an extravagant request on a tight timeline, and at a busy time of year, and they exceeded my expectations. The flowers were amazing and at a lower price than I would have thought. They were very friendly and even followed up to make sure everything was wonderful. The recipient was delighted! I'll definitely order from Girton's again!
Nice funeral arrangements
Decided to give these guys a chance and get some flowers for someone dear to me. They answered the phone promptly which was good. But they had incredibly bad service and 0 people skills. I found the person who I was talking to incredibly rude. I don't know if these other reviews are just giving them 5 stars for the sake of it. But please, work on your phone etiquette. I don't think they deserve this one star after this appalling service. If I could give 0/5 that'd be the more accurate rating.
