Just went down to gamerz haven and tried to sell a game they refused to by due to a extremely small scratch... went down to gamestop and they gave me $11.40 for it,moral or the story is to buy and sell from GameStop. Wouldn’t even give them a star if I could.
I always love coming here but my xbox one got stolen and I was told it was sold here. I called up first and asked the lady did anyone (no names) sold or traded a xbox one? She reply I can't give out that information. So later that day I came up to the store cause I gave her the wrong serial number and she got hostel. She said "hunting for information is against the law." I called jpd and it's not against law and also she didn't want to receive my serial number. What it seems like she received my xbox and don't want to lose out on money. Very poor service on her behalf

I went to sell some old magic cards and I assume since I am a woman with little knowledge of the game the fellow who dealt with me felt he could take advantage of me and that's exactly what he did. I lost out on a lot of money and wish I had never gone there. I hope no one else makes the same mistakes I did.
