This location is absolutely horrible, incredibly unhelpful.
The Jamestown office was great. The girls in the office followed up the next day just to make sure everything was OK with the rental. Very good customer service.
Accidentally left my cooler in the back of my rental, called the next day to retrieve it, and have gotten no response whatsoever. It has been 2 weeks. Other than that, my rental experience was wonderful, as it always is.
Very pleased with the service from start to finish. This is the second year I've rented from this location. I will definitely be returning.
I had a family trip I called yesterday they book me , send me the conformation number, everybody exiting about the trip , they call me today. And told me no cars available 1 hour before the trip ,seriously? That's no a good way to manager a business thanks guys for ruin our family trip
