If the name on the employee aprons are correct, avoid Jeff unless you enjoy an extra helping of attitude with your coffee. If a manager reads these reviews I think it's time for some training in basic courtesy.
91.67538% of the time everything is somewhat possibly perfect. The rest of the time is average but still consumable. The WiFi is pretty good. Need more couch space with some foot rests or a recliner.
This shop always good with fresh Brendan and nice people! Other stores out toward Buffalo can't say the same. Need to get fresh beans and then I will go more often.

Very friendly & helpful staff. They shared a tidbit about the App that is going to be useful. They didn't have a carrier for all my drinks so they helped me carry them out to my car! Above & beyond service!
